Saudi Company Formation
A fully owned, bank-ready Saudi LLC — from activity assessment to Commercial Registration.
Overview
Nova Vertex manages the complete process of forming a limited liability company (LLC) in Saudi Arabia for foreign investors, from initial activity assessment through to a fully operational, bank-ready entity.
We coordinate directly with the Ministry of Investment of Saudi Arabia (MISA), the Ministry of Commerce, and supporting authorities so clients can own 100% of their Saudi company without a local sponsor, in almost every sector open to foreign investment.
