- The sponsoring company must hold a valid Commercial Registration and license, with an available visa quota and acceptable Nitaqat standing.
- The employee must hold a valid job offer or employment contract with the sponsoring entity.
- Dependents — spouse, children, and in eligible cases parents — require proof of relationship for family-visa sponsorship.
